The Service allows restaurants, cafes, and other venues to create and publish digital menus accessible via QR code. We do not sell food, process orders, or act as an intermediary between venues and their customers.

2. Registration and Access

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and not to use the Service to publish illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the Service in case of a violation of these terms.

3. User Content

You retain the rights to any content you upload (menus, images, descriptions, etc.), but grant us a non-exclusive right to store and display it as part of the Service’s operation.
You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the materials you submit.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or complete data security.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including technical failures or data loss.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you agree to the updated version.
